PDF, Word (DOC, DOCX), Excel (XLS, XLSX) and PowerPoint (PPT, PPTX). You can also paste a link and Print2Go will fetch the file.

Yes. The built-in editor lets you add text and images, highlight, draw and erase — page by page — before you send the order.

Print2Go shows verified shops near your delivery address, with a photo, description, distance, delivery base fee and opening hours. You pick the one you want.

Paper size (A0–A7, B0–B4, Letter, Legal, Tabloid), colour or black and white, portrait or landscape, pages per sheet (up to 16), which pages to print (all, odd, even or a custom range), and the number of copies. Each file in an order can have its own settings.

Depending on the shop, by Lalamove, Grab, Angkas or the shop's own delivery — or you can pick it up yourself. Delivery fees depend on the courier and the distance.

It depends on the shop's queue, the size of the job and, for delivery, the courier and distance. You can track your order's status live in the app.

Open the order and show the pickup QR code at the counter. You can save or share the QR code from the app.

GCash, Maya, GrabPay, credit or debit card, QR Ph, or cash on delivery. You can save a card for faster checkout. Online payments are processed securely by PayMongo.

Yes — enter the code before payment. Vouchers take a percentage or a fixed peso amount off your order, shown on your payment summary.

Print2Go collects payment from the customer through the app and pays your share out to you. Payout schedule and method are confirmed during onboarding.

Set your operating hours so customers only see your shop as available when you can fulfil orders. Outside your hours your shop shows as closed with the next opening time.
